In order to achieve our mission, we needed to defy convention too and reimagine the traditional agency model.
So, in 2022, The Change Arc was born.
Our vision was to break down operational silo's in order to deliver faster, more agile, mission focussed solutions to our partners.

With a 2:1 degree in Public Relations, Maddy is a solutions-focused Project and Partner Success professional with over 12 years experience across PR, marketing and event planning. Maddy is passionate about helping clients deliver value and success. Her commitment to evolving client solutions sets her apart. In her spare time, she enjoys quality family days out, creating lasting memories.

With a 2:1 degree in Graphic Design and a wealth of experience, Zoey blends creativity with strategy to bring brands to life. Specialising in logo design, branding and marketing across print and digital, Zoey is known for her adaptability, empathy and thoughtful approach. Each project is a chance to create visual identities that engage audiences and drive impact. Outside of work, Zoey is passionate about exploring new places and enjoying family time.

Iain has held senior positions in UK and international organisations, spanning a 20+ year media career. He brings a a wealth of experience in strategy, communications and leading organisations through change and transformation. He believes in the power of authentic, values led communication to engage, connect and inspire audiences. Iain is now on a mission to support and unlock leaders and teams on their journey - enabling leaders to inspire and organisations to shine.

Rob is happiest when he is working with people who are driven to make a difference to where they live and the wider world. Always evolving, thinking and bringing the fun. In an entrepreneurial journey on the global stage for 15 years, Rob always strives to disrupt, innovate and get things done in collaboration with others. He is committed to building a community of mentally fit change makers, shining a light on the dark side of leadership, whilst promoting values and strengths led leadership.
